Our Vancouver Whitecaps photographer!

Alex was born and raised in Nova Scotia, Canada. From a young age he was interested in sports; playing soccer, baseball, and hockey at various points in his childhood. As a teenager,
while living overseas, his parents gave him a camera so that he could run around the Italian piazzas while the adults had quick cafe breaks. 
He soon carried a camera almost everywhere with him, on school sponsored sports trips across Europe, and on enough family trips that his parents thought it was time for him to
have his own camera. Documenting life, the outdoors, and sports, he now calls Vancouver, Canada home and continues to carry a camera almost every day. His journey into professional sports photography started with Crankworx Whistler, Vancouver Rugby Sevens,
and now capturing the Vancouver Whitecaps FC team at home for Cascadia FC.
